Free delivery to U.K addresses -

Free Delivery applies to most checkout totals of £60 or over -

The only exceptions to this free delivery are for a few certain large items - paintings /sculptures /heavier artworks.

In those cases - the delivery charge applies regardless of checkout total - (due to the much more expensive P/P and insurance costs.)

And those particular items have their applicable P/P price indicated upfront in their item description.

Shipping prices to U.K -

P/P - Small / medium items - £3 to £15 - depending on weight and value‍ ‍/ 2 - 5 days - Fully tracked and insured -

P/P - Large items - £15 to £50 - depending on weight and value / 2 - 5 days - Fully tracked and insured -

Please allow up to 5 working days for U.K delivery - especially during December -

Most items will arrive within 3 working days.

Collections from io gallery

Select the gallery collection option at website checkout. Please bring your receipt / proof of purchase to the gallery.

Storage space is very minimal in the gallery so we’d appreciate collection within a fortnight for larger items.

( Note - for the time being - Squarespace hosting platform currently requires an address entry for all checkout options - including collections )

International shipping -

Please email the gallery - io@iogallery.co.uk - we’ll determine shipping costs specific to your country and let you know -

If you decide to proceed with the purchase we’ll place a 24 hour reserve on the item and send you an individualised PayPal invoice which includes your shipping.

This will allow you to either pay using a credit or debit card - (or via your PayPal account if you have one.)

Please note - if you use your PayPal account - the account address must match your shipping address.

Returns -

We love the work which we show in the gallery and want you to be happy with your purchase from the website.

We appreciate that you will be choosing work from photographs and descriptions – rather than in person.

You may return goods at any time within 28 days from receipt for a full refund or to exchange an item.

If you wish to cancel your order - email or telephone the gallery to notify us about your cancellation within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

You will then have 14 days from that date of notification to return the goods to the gallery.

Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging - and at your expense.

We reserve the right to withhold some or all of any refund due if we believe these conditions have not been met.

 Any refunds will be processed once goods have been received by io gallery.

 To exchange an item you must place a new order and claim a refund separately.

 Refunds will be credited using the original payment method.

 Return delivery charges are not refundable.
