Loyalty card - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility; Customers earn one stamp for every £10 spent in the gallery.

Stamps are calculated based on the total transaction value. Partial amounts do not carry over.

2. Reward: A completed card (10 stamps) grants a 20% discount from the total value of the next in-store

purchase made in person from the gallery. Partially filled cards are not redeemable.

3. Redemption: The discount must be used before 30th November 2026.

It cannot be combined with other promotions.

The discount is valid only once and cannot be reused, split, or applied to past or future transactions.

4. Exclusions: The discount is not valid on shipping fees, gift cards or commissions.

5. Card management: Cards are non-transferable. Lost cards cannot be replaced.

Any updated terms will be available in-store and online in terms and conditions.

Continued use of the card constitutes acceptance.

6. Online purchases: For online purchases, customers may receive stamps by presenting a printed or digital receipt

during a subsequent in-store visit.

Stamps must be collected in person. We reserve the right to verify the purchase/s before issuing stamps.

7. Exchanges: Items purchased with a loyalty discount may be exchanged for another item of equal or similar value

within 30 days of purchase.

The original 20% discount applies only to the initial transaction and cannot be reused, even if the reward remains unexpired.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.
