Free UK delivery on orders over £60.

Note: A few extra-large or heavy artworks don't qualify — their shipping cost is listed in the product description.

UK shipping rates

Postage is based on total order weight, so buying more items together works out cheaper shipping per piece.

Small items (under £60)
(small ceramics, glass hangings, figurines, A4 prints, etc.)
£3–£6 · 2–5 days · Fully tracked and insured

Medium items (under £60)
(woodblock artworks, small to medium framed pieces, larger glass and ceramics, unframed larger prints)
£6–£15 · 2–5 days · Fully tracked and insured

Larger items (over £60)
Ship free. Fully tracked and insured

Extra-large or heavy items
Shipping cost shown in the product description. Fully tracked and insured

Please allow up to 5 working days for U.K delivery - especially during December -

Most items will arrive within 3 working days.

Collections from io gallery

Select the gallery collection option at website checkout. Please bring your receipt / proof of purchase to the gallery.

Storage space is very minimal in the gallery so we would appreciate collection within a fortnight for larger items.

International shipping

We ship internationally — email us at io@iogallery.co.uk and we'll work out the cost for your country.

To proceed, we'll place a 24-hour reserve on the item and send a PayPal invoice covering the item, shipping, and insurance.

You can pay by credit/debit card or via your PayPal account.

Note: If paying via PayPal, the address on your account must match your shipping address (this is a PayPal requirement, not ours).

Returns

We love the work we show in the gallery and want you to be happy with your purchase.

We appreciate you're choosing from photographs and descriptions rather than in person, so here's how returns work:

Cancelling your order
Notify us by email or phone within 14 days of receiving your item. You'll then have 14 days from that notification to send it back.

Condition
Items must be returned in their original condition.

Refunds
Processed once we've received and checked the item. Credited to your original payment method.

Return shipping
At your expense — return delivery charges are not refundable.

Exchanges
Place a new order and claim a refund on the original separately.

We reserve the right to withhold part or all of a refund if the above conditions haven't been met.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours

and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.
